Our Story
Born from a simple observation
Pakistan produces over 25,000+ computer science graduates every year from world-class institutions like LUMS, NUST, FAST, GIKI, and IBA. These engineers are deeply skilled in React, Python, AWS, AI/ML, and modern full-stack development. Yet for years, this talent remained largely invisible to US and EU startups.
Remotire was founded by Osama Bin Jannat and Abeer Somji to bridge that gap. Having witnessed the disconnect between Pakistan's engineering talent and the global startup ecosystem, they built a recruitment engine that sources the top 3% of candidates, vets them rigorously for technical skills and English communication, and delivers interview-ready profiles in 72 hours.
What started as a small operation placing a handful of developers has grown into a team of 20+ recruitment specialists serving startups across San Francisco, New York, Austin, London, Berlin, and beyond.
