Remotire is a platform facilitating connections. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or financial institution. Hiring decisions rest solely with employers.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must be 18 or older to create an account
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information
- Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account
- Do not impersonate other users, companies, or Remotire staff
- Do not use the platform for spam, scraping, or fraudulent job postings
4. Job Listings
Employers who post jobs on Remotire agree that listings are genuine, accurately described, and comply with applicable employment laws. Remotire reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is reported as fraudulent.
Job seekers should exercise their own due diligence before applying to or accepting any position. Remotire does not verify every listing and is not responsible for the accuracy of employer-submitted content.
5. AI Job Match
Our AI Job Match uses Google Gemini to generate personalized recommendations. These are algorithmic suggestions — not professional career advice. AI recommendations may be influenced by incomplete profile data and should be treated as a starting point for your job search.
6. Salary & Review Data
Salary data and company reviews are crowd-sourced from users. Remotire does not verify the accuracy of this data. Use it for reference only — always confirm compensation directly with employers.
7. Employer Packages
Employer packages are subject to our Refund Policy. By purchasing a package, you agree to our pricing terms and commit to posting only genuine job listings compliant with applicable laws.
8. Content You Post
By posting content (reviews, forum posts, salary data, job applications), you grant Remotire a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
9. Prohibited Uses
- Posting fake or fraudulent jobs
- Scraping or automated data collection without permission
- Harassing or abusing other users
- Circumventing security measures
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
10. Intellectual Property
Remotire's branding, design, and platform code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Remotire without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of all job listings, or specific employment outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remotire's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
