This refund policy applies to employer job posting packages purchased on Remotire.
Job Posting Packages
- Basic Package ($49/mo) — 1 active job listing, 30-day duration
- Pro Package ($149/mo) — 5 active listings, featured placement, AI matching
- Enterprise (Custom) — Unlimited listings, dedicated manager, custom terms
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your listing was not published within 24 hours due to a technical error on our end
- You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and no listing has gone live
- We are unable to deliver the service as described
Non-Refundable Situations
- Job listings that have already been published and received views or applications
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Change of mind after a listing is live
- Account suspensions due to violation of our Terms of Service

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
